Been A While

So I let life get in the way of blogging here recently. Sorry about that! I’ve been low-carbing again (& therefore craving carbs like CRAZY since Friday) and focusing all of my attention on staying awake, fighting intermittent nausea, and avoiding any carbohydrate that doesn’t come from a vegetable. Exciting!

Low carbing definitely works for me, for sure, but that first few days is hell to a carb-o-holic like me. I’m on day 3, so hopefully I’ll get over my cravings soon. Last time I believe the cravings stopped around day 4 or 5. So I’m getting there. I’m down 2 pounds since Saturday though, so my body is dumping the water that carbs made me retain.

Gah. I’m bored. Waiting on my coworker to get back from BK. I got a double cheeseburger (without bun) and an order of the apple fries. I love apples. Nom.

Oooooh, he’s back so I’m going to go pig out, sans carbs. 🙂

Tra lala..

I haven’t written in a while because there has been nothing to say! I have been doing a lot of reading and researching about health issues and nutrients, and I’ve been eating really healthy. I feel good because of it.

Now if only the darn weight would drop off! I’ve been at the same weight for SO LONG and my body just doesn’t want to get rid of it. I haven’t been working out as much as I should thought, either. Tonight I’m for sure riding my bike at least a few blocks, and then lifting some weights.

In other news, I’m so excited for our vacation!!! 😀
